SYMPTOMS

Discolored patches: Round, discolored patches appear on the upper surface of the leaves. Yellowing: Leaves turn yellow and eventually shrivel up and curl. Excrement: Leaves are covered with brown excrement. Withering: Severely attacked leaves wither and fall off. Plant death: Severe infestation may kill whole plants or weaken them so that fruits fail to develop.
