Plum Moth

SYMPTOMS

Pods: The plume moth can cause pinhead-sized holes in pods, or the pods may have a dark brown encrustation on the wall. The pods may also be dry and shriveled, or the seeds may be partially eaten, striped, or shriveled. Caterpillars and pupae: Small spiny caterpillars and pupae can be seen on the pods. Larvae: The larvae can be found inside the pods, with their heads thrust in and the rest of their bodies hanging out
