Mode of Action
- SuperStin acts as a systemic fungicide with both protective and curative properties:
- It is absorbed by the plant and translocated through the xylem.
- Upon root application, it moves intercellularly into the xylem and towards the foliage.
- When applied to foliage, it spreads to the leaf’s distal parts but not towards the roots.
- It inhibits the germination of fungal spores, development of germ tubes, formation of appressoria, and growth of mycelia.
