Description
Chloro Dust is an insecticide containing 1.5% chlorpyrifos, effective against a variety of pests in agricultural, residential, and commercial settings.
Mode of Action:
Chlorpyrifos acts as a broad-spectrum insecticide by disrupting the insect’s nervous system. It inhibits the enzyme acetylcholinesterase (AChE), which breaks down acetylcholine (ACh), a crucial neurotransmitter. This disrupts the normal transmission of nerve impulses, leading to insect paralysis and death.

Chloro Dust is effective against a wide range of pests, including:
- Stem borers
- Green leafhoppers
- Brown plant hoppers
- Gall midges
- Grasshoppers
