Key Responsibilities:E-commerce Operations (D2C & B2B):
- Manage and grow international D2C and B2B e-commerce channels, including company websites, digital marketplaces, and specialized agrochemical portals.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to drive digital initiatives and new market penetration strategies.
- Oversee pricing, promotions, product listings, and content localization for international audiences.
Logistics & Supply Chain Management:
- Lead the end-to-end global logistics and fulfillment strategy including warehousing, inventory control, shipping, and returns.
- Handle international compliance, customs regulations, hazardous material handling (where applicable), and documentation specific to agrochemical exports/imports.
- Work closely with 3PL providers, freight partners, and distributors to ensure efficient and timely delivery across regions.
Supply Chain Optimization:
- Forecast demand and align production planning with market needs across regions.
- Ensure smooth coordination between production, packaging, warehousing, and shipping units.
- Optimize inventory levels and reduce logistics costs without compromising service quality.
Process & Performance Management:
- Implement digital tools for order management, inventory tracking, and customer experience enhancement.
- Track key KPIs such as order fulfillment rate, delivery times, cost per shipment, and customer satisfaction.
- Continuously identify bottlenecks and areas for automation or improvement in operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, International Business, Agriculture, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 3+years of experience in international e-commerce and logistics, preferably within agrochemicals, chemicals, FMCG, or regulated products.
- Hands-on experience with D2C and B2B fulfillment strategies in global markets.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance aspects of agrochemical logistics and exports.
- Strong technical understanding of ERP systems, e-commerce platforms, and data analytics.
- Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and cross-cultural communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of hazardous goods shipping and international agricultural product regulations.
- Exposure to digital sales channels in rural or agrarian markets.
- Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
