We’re looking for a B2B Agricultural Sales Specialist to join our innovative team at Katyayani Organics. If you’re passionate about agronomy and sales, this role offers an exciting opportunity to help farmers improve crop yields, provide expert advice, and drive the growth of organic farming solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key agricultural clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction and growth.
- Agronomy Consultation: Offer expert agronomy advice to farmers via phone, WhatsApp, and email, providing tailored solutions to their farming challenges.
- Sales & Product Promotion: Promote and sell organic agricultural products through our e-commerce platform, meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Account Management: Manage large customer accounts, ensuring high levels of service and successful negotiations of sales agreements.
- Product Expertise: Keep up-to-date with our product offerings and services to provide insightful, value-driven advice to customers.
- Sales Negotiation: Successfully close high-value sales with agricultural customers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of B2B sales experience in agriculture, agribusiness, or agronomy.
- Strong understanding of organic farming solutions and agricultural products, with the ability to communicate complex technical details clearly.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, able to build lasting relationships with farmers.
- Ability to analyze farming data and offer actionable recommendations to improve productivity and yields.
- Degree in Agricultural Science, Agronomy, or a related field.
