- Offer expert advice on customized solutions and recommend the company’s products for optimal crop usage.
- Anticipate the needs of customers based on crop lifecycles and proactively offer relevant solutions.
- Convert leads into sales by clearly communicating the value proposition of company products.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business and elevating existing clients to key accounts through strategic engagement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data in the CRM system.
- Contribute to special projects as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and initiative.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
