Agri Sales Advisor

Key Responsibilities: 

  1. Engage with farmers, dealers, and retailers to identify their concerns and provide effective solutions. 
  2. Offer expert advice on customized solutions and recommend the company’s products for optimal crop usage. 
  3. Anticipate the needs of customers based on crop lifecycles and proactively offer relevant solutions. 
  4. Convert leads into sales by clearly communicating the value proposition of company products. 
  5. Cultivate long-term relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business and elevating existing clients to key accounts through strategic engagement. 
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data in the CRM system. 
  7. Contribute to special projects as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and initiative. 
  8. Address and resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally. 

Required Skills: 

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. 
  • Capable of working both independently and as part of a team. 
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
