11 min readRajasthan farm subsidies are applied for online on the Raj Kisan Saathi portal (rajkisan.rajasthan.gov.in). You log in with an SSO ID or with your Jan Aadhaar number and an OTP, apply for the scheme, and track it through the "Know Application Status" option. The portal says grant applications are online only and no papers need to go to the agriculture office. MSP sales are separate: wheat registration for RMS 2026-27 ran on mspproc.rajasthan.gov.in with a Jan Aadhaar card.
Which Rajasthan agriculture portal should you use?
People search "Rajasthan agriculture department" and land on three different sites. They do different jobs, and knowing which one to open saves a lot of time.
| Portal | What it is for | Who runs it |
|---|---|---|
| rajkisan.rajasthan.gov.in (Raj Kisan Saathi) | Apply for subsidies and grants, login, application status, scheme information, notices | Government of Rajasthan, agriculture and allied departments |
| mspproc.rajasthan.gov.in | Register to sell crops at MSP, slot booking, procurement centres. The page read was for wheat, RMS 2026-27 | Department of Food and Civil Supplies, Rajasthan |
| agriculture.rajasthan.gov.in | Department website. It would not load properly when I tried it on 23 Oct 2026, so nothing is quoted from it | Agriculture Department. VERIFY content live |
The Raj Kisan Saathi home page describes itself through its menu: Kisan (services, information and schemes), Agri Business, Popular Pages, Performance Dashboard, Weather Information and Agriculture Marketing Department. For almost every "apply online" search, this is the portal you need.
Rajkisan Rajasthan gov in login: SSO ID and Jan Aadhaar
The Raj Kisan Saathi login page shows three ways in. Farmers use the first two.
| Login type | How it works (as shown on the page) | For whom |
|---|---|---|
| SSO ID login | Takes you to the Rajasthan SSO portal (sso.rajasthan.gov.in) with the citizen service type | Farmers and citizens with an SSO ID |
| Jan Aadhaar login | Enter the Jan Aadhaar number, choose your family member from the list (shown with a masked member ID), request an OTP | Farmers with a Jan Aadhaar card |
| Departmental login (विभागीय लॉग इन) | Also through the SSO portal | Department staff only |
How to log in with Jan Aadhaar, step by step
- Open the Raj Kisan Saathi login page and choose the Jan Aadhaar tab.
- Type your Jan Aadhaar number and submit.
- Select your name from the family member list. The list shows masked IDs, so match the last digits.
- Request the OTP. It goes to the mobile number linked in the Jan Aadhaar record. [VERIFY: which number receives the OTP.]
- Enter the OTP and continue to the scheme you want.
No SSO ID yet? Registration and recovery
New users register through the SSO portal, using the "click here" link in the login section. The same page has links to recover a forgotten digital ID and to reset a forgotten password, both of which open on the SSO site.
Login problems
- OTP not received: the mobile number saved in your Jan Aadhaar record may be old. Get it updated first. [VERIFY with e-Mitra how to update.]
- Cannot find your name in the family list: ask the e-Mitra operator to check your Jan Aadhaar record.
- Page not loading: the portal addresses sometimes appear with and without a port number. Use the main address rajkisan.rajasthan.gov.in from the home page links.
- Still stuck: use the helpdesk below.
Helpdesk: Helpdesk hours on the login page: weekdays 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM. Numbers shown: 0141-2927047 and 0141-2922613 (and IP phone 27047). Email: helpdesk.rajkisan@rajasthan.gov.in.
Rajasthan agriculture department apply online: how to apply for a subsidy
An official notice on the portal says applications for grants are made online only, and that farmers do not need to deliver documents or files to the agriculture office. Other notices on the home page say applications for agriculture, horticulture and marketing grants are made through the Raj Kisan Saathi portal. So the old habit of visiting the office with a folder is not needed for these schemes.
The general flow
- Log in with your SSO ID or Jan Aadhaar.
- Open the department and scheme you want: Agriculture, Horticulture, Agricultural Marketing or Animal Husbandry.
- Read the scheme page for rate, eligibility and documents. The scheme pages are where the official figures sit. [VERIFY: I could read only the menu, not the scheme text.]
- Fill in the online application and upload the documents it asks for.
- Note down the application number or acknowledgement shown at the end.
- Track the application through "Know Application Status" (see below).
The portal does not give a single list of documents for all schemes. Land records (jamabandi), identity (Aadhaar or Jan Aadhaar), bank details and, for some items, a supplier quotation are common on third-party pages, but those lists differ from scheme to scheme. Treat them as a checklist to confirm, not as official.
E-Mitra: If you do not have a smartphone or find the portal hard, an e-Mitra centre can apply on your behalf. The portal notices read say only that applications are online. Ask the centre what service fee applies and get a printed acknowledgement. [VERIFY official e-Mitra fee.]
Agriculture Department Rajasthan subsidy: schemes listed on the portal
The scheme pages on Raj Kisan Saathi are grouped by department. This is the list shown on the home page and menu on 23 October 2026.
| Department | Schemes shown on the portal |
|---|---|
| Agriculture | Farm pond (खेत तलाई), farm fencing (खेतों की तारबंदी), irrigation pipeline, diggi (water tank), incentive for girl students, agricultural implements, seed minikits, gypsum, organic farming, crop insurance, MBSY / SMSP |
| Horticulture | Sprinkler, drip, mini and micro sprinkler, rain gun, greenhouse, shade net house, low tunnel, plastic mulching, anti-bird net, vermicompost, new orchards, low-cost onion storage, solar pumps, community water harvesting |
| Agricultural Marketing | MSP, warehouses, freight and interest subsidies, electricity / solar subsidy, capital investment subsidy, CM Krishak Saathi Sahayata Yojana, Mandi Shramik welfare scheme, Kisan Kaleva Yojana |
| Animal Husbandry | Sirohi goat genetic development, FMD control, free livestock health scheme, poultry, skill development, infertility and veterinary camps, Kisan Credit Card (KCC) |
You will find central schemes that Rajasthan also runs through this portal, such as crop insurance and KCC. For a plain explanation of those, see our guides on Kisan Credit Card, PMFBY registration and the wider agriculture subsidy schemes in India. For greenhouse and shade net, polyhouse and shade net subsidy covers how subsidy works on protected cultivation, and for natural farming see natural farming mission subsidy.
What about subsidy percentages?
I will not give you a percentage here. The official scheme pages did not return their rate text when I fetched them, and websites that publish "70 per cent" or "50 per cent" figures disagree with each other on caps and land limits. Open the scheme page on the portal, check the rate for your category (small, marginal, SC, ST, women), and ask your agriculture supervisor if the page is unclear.
Agriculture Department Rajasthan subsidy status: how to check
The Raj Kisan Saathi login page has an option labelled "आवेदन की स्थिति जानें" (Know Application Status), which opens the citizen application status page. The home page also shows a "Check Application Status" link. Keep your application number or acknowledgement ready.
I tried to open the status page directly and the connection was refused, so I cannot describe the exact fields on it. [VERIFY: which input it asks for, application number or Jan Aadhaar.] Two other status options appear on the login page: Soil Health Card status, and a link to learn about your Farmer ID on the AgriStack farmer registry. For soil test cards, our guide on how to read a soil health card helps once you have it.
If your application is stuck
- Check that you uploaded every document the scheme asked for.
- Confirm the bank account in your Jan Aadhaar record is correct and active.
- Contact the agriculture supervisor or the district agriculture office of the department that owns the scheme.
- Use the Raj Kisan helpdesk numbers listed earlier.
Rajasthan gov in application status agriculture: what each status page covers
| Status you need | Where to look | Note |
|---|---|---|
| Subsidy or grant application | Know Application Status on the Raj Kisan Saathi login page | Status page could not be opened from my test; confirm fields |
| Soil Health Card | Soil Health Card status link on the login page | Separate page |
| Farmer ID (Farmer Registry) | Link on the login page to AgriStack farmer registry | Separate site |
| MSP registration and slot | mspproc.rajasthan.gov.in | Slot allotment list and SMS, see MSP section |
Agriculture Department Rajasthan subsidy list pdf: what lists exist
Many people search for a single "subsidy list PDF". I did not find an official all-in-one beneficiary or subsidy-rate PDF on the portal pages read. What the home page does show is the following.
- Scheme pages with the scheme name and link for each item (see the table above). Each page is where rates and conditions should sit.
- A farm implement dealer report (list of dealers) and a list of agricultural machinery rental centres.
- A mandi list and a list of APEDA-registered exporters.
- PDFs on the home page: a monthly farming magazine issue (Khaiti Ri Banta, June 2025), an FPO brochure, an expression-of-interest document for Jodhpur cumin and isabgol processing, and the Aadhaar data privacy policy.
If a website offers you a "Rajasthan subsidy list PDF" for download, check that the file opens from a rajasthan.gov.in address. Rates in PDFs from other sites may be old. The department may also publish lists at the district level. [VERIFY with your district agriculture office.]
Farmers who want a machine can compare with the central schemes in our posts on tractor subsidy yojana and drone subsidy for farmers.
Mspproc Rajasthan gov in: MSP wheat registration and slot booking
The MSP procurement portal is run by the Department of Food and Civil Supplies. The page I read was for wheat in Rabi Marketing Season (RMS) 2026-27. Registration for wheat sale ran from 1 February 2026 to 25 May 2026, so it is closed now. I did not see a page for other crops, such as mustard or kharif crops. [VERIFY on the live portal for the current season.]
Steps shown on the portal
- Keep your Jan Aadhaar card ready. It is mandatory, with at least one family member's mobile number linked.
- Register yourself, or through an e-Mitra centre.
- Print the registration slip if you need it.
- Give consent for a slot booking at the procurement centre.
- Check your weighing (तुलाई) date in the slot allotment list. The date also comes by SMS.
At the procurement centre
- Bring the Jan Aadhaar card. If you do not own the land, bring the original land documents you uploaded.
- Purchase happens only after biometric or face verification of the farmer or one Jan Aadhaar family member.
- Payment goes to the bank account in your Jan Aadhaar record. Check the details before the season and update them if wrong.
- Tokens and weighing dates are given on a first-come basis by registration priority.
- If you miss your date, you can come any day that week or the next up to the last purchase date, but weighing for such farmers is only after 3 PM.
- Farmers without registration may be spot-registered by the centre from 6 PM daily, up to 10 per cent of that day's registered farmers.
Msp Helpline: Helpline shown on the portal: 14435, 10 AM to 8 PM. Email: rajasthanmsp[at]gmail[dot]com. The page also links slot booking guidelines, FAQs and the list of procurement centres.
MSP rates are not shown on the page I read. For official crop-wise prices, see our table in rabi MSP crop-wise rates, and check the figure against the government notification before selling.
Common mistakes with Raj Kisan Saathi
- Visiting the office with documents for a scheme that the portal says is online only.
- Choosing the wrong family member at Jan Aadhaar login, so the OTP goes to a different number.
- Bank account in the Jan Aadhaar record that is closed or wrong, which delays payment.
- Using a copied rate from a website instead of the scheme page.
- Missing the MSP registration window. For wheat RMS 2026-27 it ended on 25 May 2026.
- Trusting a person who asks for money to "get the subsidy approved". The portal gives no such step.
For a month-wise view of when central and state windows usually open, use the agriculture schemes calendar.
Conclusion
For Rajasthan, think of three doors. Raj Kisan Saathi is where you log in and apply for subsidies, the MSP portal is where you register to sell wheat, and the department site is for general information. Log in with SSO ID or Jan Aadhaar, apply online with no paper submission, and track the application from the status option. Always read the official scheme page for the rate, because the figures on other websites often do not match.
