SAMAGRA kills the weeds plants by two way mode of actions in which Metribuzin inhibiting photosystem II of photosynthesis by disrupting electron transfer. This results in death due to starvation in the target plant.
While Clodinafop-propargyl inhibits the enzyme, acetyl co-enzyme a carboxylase (ACCase), which is essential for the production of lipids (fatty acids) needed for plant growth.
